Purification of recombinant OXDC by affinity chromatography and evaluation of the purity of recombinant proteins by SDS-PAGE. The pBy cells were incubated with L-arabinose and MnCl2. After 6 hours of incubation, cells were harvested and purified using the Ni–NTA Superflow technique. The purity of recombinant proteins was determined by SDS-PAGE.
