Measurement of the oxalate-degrading activity of purified OXDC. Expression of OXDC was induced by the addition of L-arabinose and MnCl2. After purification, the purified OXDC was incubated with sodium oxalate at room temperature and then enzymatic activity of purified OXDC was determined by oxalate kit. (A) The purified OXDC was incubated with sodium oxalate for 5 minutes. (B) The purified OXDC was incubated with sodium oxalate for 24 hours.
