Fold change in transcript abundance was defined as transcript level (reads per kilobase per million mapped reads) in Fe-deficient (Fe−) conditions divided by the level in normal conditions (Fe+), with three biological repeats. The same strategy was applied to Pi treatment. The color key indicates log2 transformed intensity; grey indicates that the number is missing
