Effect of Z-Gly-RGD(DPhe)-mitP on HaCaT keratinocyte mitochondrial activity. a Cells were treated with Z-Gly-RGD(DPhe)-mitP for 24 h prior to evaluation of cell viability by MTT assay. b The proportions of cells depolarised after Z-Gly-RGD(DPhe)-mitP treatment, assessed by JC-1 staining and normalised to untreated cells.
