  1. MIC90 were determined against aerobically-cultured M. tuberculosis in liquid culture after 5 days of growth [5]. Growth inhibition curves were plotted using the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm and the concentration that resulted in 90% inhibition of growth was determined (MIC90). MIC90 were determined a minimum of two times for active compounds. Data are average ± standard deviation
