Viral yield of Influenza viruses from MDCK-lineage and Mv1Lu cells were titrated. a MDCK (Md), MDCK/London (Md/Ln), and Mv1Lu (Mv) cells were utilized as substrates for titration of H1N1, H3N2, and H9N2 with M.O.I. of 0.1 by focus forming assays.
