JAKi inhibit the IFN-γ-induced IL-6 synthesis from neutrophils. Neutrophils were pretreated with JAKi (tofacitinib, baricitinib, upadacitinib) at the indicated concentrations for 1 h and then stimulated with IFN-γ (50 ng/ml) for 24 h. Supernatants were analyzed for IL-6 production by ELISA. Values represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *p = 0.015 baricitinib-pretreated neutrophils versus those with tofacitinib. p = 0.024 baricitinib-pretreated neutrophils versus those with upadacitinib. Results were compared by the Mann–Whitney U test
