Endoscopic/histological features of analyzed lesions. A Case #1. A man who initially exhibited a positive fecal occult blood test (FOBT). He underwent colonoscopy and six protruded lesions were detected throughout the colon, and SLs (one HP, three SSLs, and two TSAs) were diagnosed histopathologically in each resected specimen. B Case #2. A woman who underwent colonoscopy as part of a routine medical examination, and six protruded lesions were detected throughout the colon. Among the lesions, five were histologically SSLs, and one was non-SL (tubular adenoma).
