Comparative Gene Expression Profiles in RRMS Patients: The data reveal significant upregulation of T-bet expression in both treatment-naïve RRMS patients (P = 0.01) and Dimethyl fumarate (DMF)-treated patients (P = 0.02) when compared to the healthy control group (Ctrls). Conversely, no statistically significant changes were observed in the expression levels of IFN-γ and MEG3 among these groups.All Values Represent Mean ± SEM; *P < 0.05, ns: nonsignificant
