End point RT-PCR using SAT2035 RNA template. Column 1 was loaded with 100 bp molecular ladder. Columns 3 and 4 of the gel were loaded with the reactions that contained the SAT2-VP1_F and SAT2-VP1_ R2 primer set. The size of the amplicons obtained was approximately 190 bp. Column 13 and 14 contained SAT2-VP1_F and SAT2-VP1_ R primers. The size of the amplicons obtained was approximately 210 bp
