The SYBR Green qPCR reaction mixtures contained 5 ng of RNA-equivalent cDNAs from each sample and 200 nM of each primer. The 2−ΔΔCT method of relative quantification was used to determine the fold change in expression using RPL32 mRNA as a reference mRNA. The data represent the mean and standard deviation of three independent samples. “*”and “**” displayed in the figure represent significant difference between the control and the treatment at p < 0.05 and p < 0.01, respectively. The “CT” values of each gene in untreated cells were 17.82 ± 0.81 (Rpl32 control), 24.76 ± 1.12 (Ttp/Zfp36), 26.07 ± 0.35 (Zfp36l1), 24.61 ± 1.03 (Zfp36l2) and 29.20 ± 1.13 (Zfp36l3)
