  1. The 40 isolates were grouped into 31 different spoligotype patterns (strains). Of which 17 strains (patterns) have registered in the SITVIT2 database and the remaining 14 patters were orphans and presented in this table. Five patterns were in clusters, containing 14 isolates (2–4 isolates per cluster), and the dominant strains were SIT53 and SIT289 with 4 isolates each. The fifteen strains were belongs to Euro-American (12 patterns) and East-African Indian (3 patterns), and the remaining two strains were belonging to M. bovis
